We are seeking a technically-minded intern to join our HR Operations team and support data-driven projects that span across departments and global teams.
This role offers hands-on experience working with enterprise HR systems, building data visualizations, and optimizing operational processes in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Internship will be on-site from May 2026 - December 2026.
Intern will work 40hours a week for the May-August duration and at least 25+ hours from September
-December.
You'll have the opportunity to work on technical projects involving process improvement, data analytics, and system optimization while partnering with stakeholders from HR, IT, and other business functions across our global organization. This is an excellent opportunity for students with strong technical skills who want to apply data analytics and process improvement methodologies in a real-world business setting.
Projects You'll Work On
HR KPI Dashboard Consolidation
* Develop a comprehensive Power BI dashboard that consolidates HR key performance indicators from multiple sources
* Work with PRISM (Workday's data analytics tool) to extract and transform HR data
* Integrate data from various HR systems to create a unified view of HR metrics
* Design visualizations that support data-driven decision-making across HR functions
* Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy
Asset Collection Process Improvement
* Partner with IT and HR Operations teams to analyze and optimize the Asset Collection process
* Document current state workflows and identify pain points and inefficiencies
* Support implementation of improved tracking systems and software solutions
* Create process documentation and standard operating procedures
* Recommend automation opportunities and system enhancements
Additional Analytics & Process Projects
* Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from HR leadership
* Assist with process improvement initiatives across various HR Operations functions
* Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related technical field
* Strong proficiency in Power BI
* Advanced Excel skills
* Experience creating dashboards and working with large datasets
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams
* Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects
Education
Must be a student enrolled in an accredited university or institution pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field.
