Cloud Operation Engineer – L3 Support

We are seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer with strong experience in Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support and optimize our client's enterprise cloud environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in cloud migration initiatives, operational support, and infrastructure automation, while ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of cloud platforms. This role requires a professional who can manage complex cloud environments, provide L3 technical support, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

• Manage and support cloud infrastructure operations across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
• Participate in cloud migration projects
  , assisting in the transition of on‑premises workloads to cloud platforms
  .
• Provide L3 support
  , including troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, performing root cause analysis
  , and implementing long‑term solutions.
• Implement and maintain ITIL‑based operational processes such as Incident Management
  , Change Management
  , and Problem Management
  .
• Administer Active Directory (AD) and support identity and access management activities.
• Collaborate with development and Dev Ops teams to support CI/CD pipelines
  , deployment processes, and environment stability.
• Develop and implement automation and scripting solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Monitor system performance, ensure high availability and reliability of cloud services, and proactively address potential issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless operations and timely issue resolution.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) cloud operations.
• Experience with cloud migration projects
  , particularly on‑premises to cloud transformations

• Good understanding of ITIL processes including Incident
  , Change
  , and Problem Management
  .
• Experience with Active Directory administration and identity management
  .
• Working knowledge of Dev Ops practices
  , CI/CD pipelines
  , and deployment workflows

• Experience in automation and scripting to improve infrastructure and operational efficiency.
• Ability to provide L3 support
  , including complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication, team collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
