What You Will Do
  • Design and develop Digital Technology projects aligned with HR groups using Oracle mod PL/SQL with htp packages and UNIX.
  • Gather requirements, analyze, design, and develop data integrations and applications using HTML, JavaScript, Oracle mod PL/SQL with htp packages and UNIX.
  • Provide technical leadership on integration/application development focused workshops, partnering with conversion leads, IT leads and local BU resources to ensure a holistic design and solution.
  • Enhance IT processes and design approaches to meet project and business needs and deadlines.
  • Develop expertise in Oracle mods, PL/SQL with htp packages/ UNIX, applications development, Integrations HUB and ADP integrations within the RTX environment.
  • Identify opportunities within the overall project methodology for technical or process improvements to facilitate agile development, shorter timelines, and more robust integrations.
  • Support Workday/ADP integration requirements across countries.
  • Communicate and work with HR, Payroll and Digital leadership teams to manage resource and system constraints and support project timeline goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with members of the HR Digital team, HR, and Payroll teams to facilitate integration delivery and support.
  • Provide innovative technology solutions for the overall system landscape and architecture.
  • Develop functional, technical and integration expertise for self and team through continuous classroom training and on-the-job training.
  • Work with ADP, Workday and other partners to explore additional opportunities/value that can be provided to RTX through investments already made.
  • Drive RTX needs into product design.
  • Utilize RSA ARCHER tool, SQL Server and Integration Services as required.
Qualifications
  • Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Information Technology or a related field and 8 years of progressive experience as a Manager in HR/Payroll Digital Services or related role. Alternatively, a master’s degree and five years of experience as a Manager in HR/Payroll Digital Services or related role will be acceptable.
  • Must possess at least 5 years of experience in Architecture Design using UNIX, MFT, SSH Keys, PGP encryption and decryption, Oracle mod PL/SQL with htp packages and rapid application development tools like APPDesigner.
  • Must possess at least 5 years of experience in Payroll Applications with data mapping, conversion, transformation, integration activities, integrating legacy applications/tools with vendor tools including Workday and ADP products such as EV5, auto-time, Global View and iPay.
  • Must possess at least 5 years of experience in HR Applications using UNIX Shell Scripts, Oracle PL/SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
  • Must possess at least 5 years of experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing complex database programs using Oracle MOD PL/SQL with htp packages, Oracle SQL queries, Oracle objects (functions, procedures, packages, triggers, views, materialized views, , sequences, cursors, transactions, dynamic SQL queries, exception handling), and integrating them with Active Directory, LDAP and Site Minder.
  • Must possess at least 5 years of experience in the RSA ARCHER tool and SQL Server administration & Integration Services.
Salary Range

USD 107,500 – 204,500 per year.
