Level 1 Help Desk Technician (MyChart Support)
- Serve as the first point of contact for users, providing basic technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Assist with account access issues, including password resets and login troubleshooting while following security protocols
- Support patients and staff with MyChart portal navigation, account activation, and general usage questions
- Document issues, track tickets, and elevate more complex problems to higher-level IT teams as needed
