Overview
Kforce has a client in Farmington, CT that is seeking a HRIT & Testing Specialist responsible for taking the lead role in testing and building a trusted relationship with global key stakeholders across HR functional areas, Colleague Shared Services, and Center of Expertise (COEs).
Responsibilities- Provide testing direction, enterprise-wide testing approach and implement a testing and sign-off process for large and small projects
- Work with stakeholders to understand project deliverables and test requirements
- Perform an analysis of system configuration and work with functional leads to understand the specific configuration
- Create and execute test steps using both automated and manual testing methods and present results
- Facilitate virtual global end-user testing to prove the future state functionality is working as expected
- Facilitate daily issue resolution meetings, ensure defects are fully resolved and obtain sign-offs
- Oversee the completion of automated HCM and Security test packets and resolve issues
- Work in an agile environment with global implementations and operations teams
- Support and develop applications
- Test applications
- Coordinate with users for UAT
- 3rd party payroll ADP and other GXP, Meta4 experience
- Service Now experience
- Testing experience
- UAT issue-fixing experience
- Hands‑on Workday experience
- Configuration and payroll connector integrations experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
