The candidate should have 8 to 10 years' experience in the Workday configuration & integration. (Candidate should have knowledge of various technology stacks, Agile Methodology etc.)

• Experience with common integration problems, such as security, data conversion, and various implementation approaches.
• Experience in workday configuration, preferably from implementation to steady state.
• Should have experience in developing Workday integration by utilizing Cloud Connects, Document Transformations, Enterprise Interface Builders, and Workday Studio for various functional areas including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting.
• Perform risk analysis, and lead key functional stakeholders, vendors through impact analysis, HCM enhancements, change request, and product upgrade.
• Experience in setup dashboards and worklets within the Workday system environment with the use of data points from third party systems like SAP, ADP, Concur etc.
• Experience in performing mass data loads and transforms in Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Principles.
• Commendable experience of code review tools and techniques.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server 2010, 2012 & 2016.
• Hands on experience on stored procedure & query optimization.
• Requirement gathering and analysis skills.
• Understanding of Software Development life cycle process.
• Strong Coding, troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Ability to handle customer meeting.
• Strong understanding of design techniques, patterns.
• Strong understanding of Functional Decomposition methodology, estimation techniques, ability to provide technical solutions.
• Good leadership, communication & documentation skills.
• Experience in validating test data using database.
• Management report preparation & Status reporting to customer management.
• Good to have knowledge of CICD (Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery), TDD and BDD approaches of software engineering.

• Degree and / or relevant professional qualification and / or significant relevant consulting or industry expertise.
• Excellent communication skills.
