Otis is looking for a Senior Manager, Network Engineering to support global network infrastructure and security, including data, voice, and video. The role involves designing processes and tools for network operations, ensuring proper deployment and monitoring of global networks.
Responsibilities- Hold responsibility for Level 3 support of all technical issues.
- Engage with technical support teams, third‑party suppliers and OEMs to resolve issues within SLA.
- Own the technical relationship with assigned vendors and partners.
- Drive continuous improvement with metrics and measurement mindset.
- Design, build, and maintain network infrastructure for WAN/LAN/firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki).
- Plan implementation of requests and enhancements for new business requests.
- Act as subject‑matter expert for global network solutions in data, voice, and video across Otis platforms.
- Provide network troubleshooting, fault detection, and repair for global network systems.
- Implement new systems and upgrades with high availability and business continuity mindset.
- Prepare detailed network documentation and reports as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, computer engineering or related discipline.
- Seven to ten years of hands‑on experience supporting advanced network technologies (LAN, WAN, data center) on platforms such as Cisco, F5 Load Balancers, Net Scout, Statseeker, Fortinet.
- Experience working with global‑service providers and carriers in telecommunications.
- Understanding of SLAs and metrics implementation.
- 10+ years of experience supporting global network solutions, including routing protocols and switching technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, EIGRP, BGP, VLAN, VPN, firewall, SD‑WAN, load balancers, Wi‑Fi technologies.
- Advanced cloud networking experience in Azure and Google.
- Experience with end‑to‑end automation for hybrid, on‑prem, and multi‑cloud connectivity (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience in AI integration and automation.
- Design and virtualization of connectivity strategy across carrier facilities, public clouds, and SD‑WAN/SASE architectures.
- Working knowledge of Azure and GCP.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and ZTNA strategies (preferred).

Salary range: $138,000–$208,000. Actual salary may vary based on experience, qualifications, location, and performance.
