** Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:**  $25/hr | Weekly Pay

** Shift:
** Monday-Friday | 8:00AM-4:30PM | Hybrid: 3 Onsite / 2 Remote

** What's a typical day as a Logistics Coordinator? You'll be:*
* + Scheduling and coordinating all domestic machine deliveries and returns, including oversize/over-dimension loads

+ Acting as a liaison between company departments and customers, arranging deliveries and answering questions as needed

+ Maintaining accurate documentation for all import, export, and domestic shipments

+ Supporting import/export compliance and documentation, including providing HTS/Schedule B and Incoterms information for shipments

+ Communicating with outside vendors-both domestic and international-to support deliveries to valued customers

+ Reviewing freight invoices and providing feedback to Accounts Payable on billing requirements and allocations

+ Providing shipping details and freight quotes to various internal departments

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and/or a manufacturing environment (required)

+ Are proficient with Microsoft Office (required)

+ Are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently

+ Have strong communication and follow-up skills

+ Possess experience in a logistics-related function (strongly preferred)

+ Have SAP experience (preferred)

+ Hold a high school degree (required); associate degree preferred

+ Have exposure to international logistics, including documentation for imports/exports (preferred)
