Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25/hr | Weekly Pay Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00AM-4:30PM | Hybrid: 3 Onsite / 2 Remote

What's a typical day as a Logistics Coordinator? You'll be:
- Scheduling and coordinating all domestic machine deliveries and returns, including oversize/over-dimension loads
- Acting as a liaison between company departments and customers, arranging deliveries and answering questions as needed
- Maintaining accurate documentation for all import, export, and domestic shipments
- Supporting import/export compliance and documentation, including providing HTS/Schedule B and Incoterms information for shipments
- Communicating with outside vendors—both domestic and international—to support deliveries to valued customers
- Reviewing freight invoices and providing feedback to Accounts Payable on billing requirements and allocations
- Providing shipping details and freight quotes to various internal departments
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and/or a manufacturing environment (required)
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office (required)
- Are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently
- Have strong communication and follow-up skills
- Possess experience in a logistics-related function (strongly preferred)
- Have SAP experience (preferred)
- Hold a high school degree (required); associate degree preferred
- Have exposure to international logistics, including documentation for imports/exports (preferred)
