Store Manager

Our Store Managers are responsible for maintaining a daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections, contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation, and recruiting and selecting team members.

Additional responsibilities include achieving profit margin goals by managing the P&L, following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures, and other operational and strategic duties.

• At least one year of retail management experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

• Base pay: $20.67 – $30.00 per hour plus commission on sales. Final pay rate determined by experience and qualifications.
