Westaff is Hiring for 2nd Shift Packers in Farmington, CT!
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Overtime: Some Saturdays requires
- Package finished products according to company specifications
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Label, seal, and prepare shipments for distribution
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with additional warehouse or production tasks as needed
- Work overtime on select Saturdays as required
Qualifications:
- Previous packing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Strong attention to detail and quality - Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
