Production Supervisor

2nd Shift Sheet Metal Fabrication Supervisor

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Sheet Metal Fabrication supervisor. You will lead shop floor operations and oversee the fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Fabrication supervisor and a strong understanding of quality standards, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S initiatives.

Hours: 3:30 PM – 12 AM, Monday‑Friday
Pay: $90,000 – $123,000 per year

• Supervise shop floor personnel in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and support corrective actions as needed.
• Manage daily production schedule and resource allocation to meet OTD, quality, and productivity goals.
• Support new product introductions and process improvements.
• Oversee employee scheduling, training, development, and safety compliance.
• Forecast department needs and assist in hiring and equipment planning.
• Drive lean manufacturing (SYNCHRO) and 5S initiatives.

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing required.
• Experience with SYNCHRO and SAP (or similar systems) is a plus.
• Communication, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
