** What's a typical day as a Sheet Metal Fabrication Supervisor? You'll be:*
* + Supervising shop floor personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations

+ Ensuring adherence to quality standards and leading corrective actions as needed

+ Managing daily production schedules and allocating resources to meet on-time delivery (OTD), quality, and productivity goals

+ Supporting new product introductions and ongoing process improvements

+ Overseeing employee scheduling, training, coaching, and performance development

+ Driving safety compliance and reinforcing lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S and SYNCHRO principles

+ Forecasting departmental needs and assisting with hiring and equipment planning

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have supervisory experience within a manufacturing or sheet metal environment (required)

+ Bring a strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams

+ Possess experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred)

+ Are familiar with lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies

+ Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills

+ Are available for 2nd shift hours and initial training/overlap on 1st shift
