Stockroom & Shipping Coordinator

Mott is a technology‑driven, high‑precision filtration company located in Farmington, Connecticut. The role involves shipping, receiving, packaging, labeling, storing, tracking, and issuing all High Purity stockroom items and preparing orders for shipment to customers and vendors, meeting Mott’s commitments.

• Receive materials into inventory as specified by ISO procedure.
• Print pick lists and maintain them daily until shipment.
• Communicate with Customer Service and Planning for ship dates and partial shipments.
• Package material for shipments using appropriate judgement for materials and shipping methods.
• Complete all required transactions in ERP/VLM System.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions and cycle counts.
• Create visual factory environment and maintain for stocking.
• Maintain ISO 7 cleanroom protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2‑year technical degree is beneficial.
• 1–3 years minimum experience in a stockroom or manufacturing environment.
• Inventory accuracy 100% and on‑time customer commit dates.
• 100% error‑free paperwork and transactions.
• Detail oriented, pleasant, constructive attitude.
• Team player, organized, proactive, quick learner, adaptable to changing environments.
• Ability to comprehend job routes for parts in production.
• Good mathematical and computer skills.
• Inventory and cycle count experience.
• Knowledge of domestic and international required documentation.

Compensation range $37,500.00 – $56,300.00, depending on experience. Position may be eligible for a performance‑based bonus plan.
