** Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:**  $20.00-$43.00/hr DOE (+ 15% Shift Differential)

** Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM-12:00 AM | Full-Time

** What's a typical day as a CNC Machinist / CNC Operator? You'll be:*
* + Setting up and operating CNC machinery according to work instructions and engineering specifications.

+ Working with equipment such as CNC Mills, Lathes, Press Brakes, Laser Cutting Machines, Punch Presses, EDM Machines, and Tooling Equipment.

+ Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and production documentation.

+ Performing quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.

+ Making machine adjustments and tool changes to maintain production requirements.

+ Troubleshooting minor machine and production issues.

+ Maintaining a safe, organized work area through established manufacturing and 5S practices.

+ Supporting production goals while ensuring quality standards are consistently met.

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have previous CNC machining, setup, fabrication, tooling, or manufacturing experience.

+ Can read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.

+ Have experience using precision measuring equipment.

+ Possess strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

+ Are detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work.

+ Thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

+ Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
