** Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:**  $23.00-$30.00/hr (+15% Shift Differential)

** What's a typical day as a CNC Machine Operator - Tooling? You'll be:*
* + Setting up and operating CNC machines for tooling production, including punches, strippers, and dies

+ Interpreting routings, work instructions, and blueprints to complete production orders

+ Creating and editing CNC programs for speeds and feeds specific to tooling production

+ Troubleshooting and correcting process-related issues as they arise

+ Using precision measuring tools to ensure quality results

+ Supporting and initiating development of tooling production processes and methods

+ Performing daily/weekly workplace organization tasks (5S) and operator maintenance tasks (TPM)

+ Following all safety procedures and staying current with assigned safety training

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have a minimum of 3 years' CNC machining experience, particularly in turning, milling, grinding, or EDM

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

+ Are proficient in reading blueprints and technical documentation

+ Demonstrate experience in editing CNC programs and adjusting machine settings

+ Are skilled with precision measuring tools and quality inspection

+ Exhibit strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
