Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25.00–$28.00/hr DOE | Weekly Pay
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:00AM–3:30PM | Full-Time

What's a typical day as a Machine Assembler – Tru Laser? You'll be:
- Performing complex mechanical machine assembly on laser production lines
- Reading and following blueprints, part lists, and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics
- Using precision measuring tools in both inch and metric systems
- Troubleshooting assembly and mechanical issues during builds
- Maintaining clean and organized work areas
- Supporting process improvements and production efficiency initiatives
- Following quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies
- Participating in team meetings and implementing decisions
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in machine tool assembly OR 5 years' experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or service
- Can read blueprints and basic schematics
- Are skilled in using accurate measuring devices
- Possess strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Have attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Are able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending/reaching
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Have experience with electrical wiring assembly, computer literacy, or a forklift license (preferred)
