Responsibilities- Set Up and operates EDM/CNC machines and other related equipment where programs, fixtures, and methods have been developed.
- Makes all edits and adjustments as required to produce parts to work orders/blueprint specifications/sketches.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of feeds and speeds and a working knowledge of cutting tools and their application.
- Inspects work as required for all dimensional features as required.
- Produces quality and quantity of work in accordance with Company requirements.
- Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time, etc.
- Perform duties always exercising good machining practices.
- Maintains area, equipment, and tooling in a neat, orderly condition including operator maintenance sheets.
- Trains, guides, and assists other employees as required.
- Taking a proactive approach to solving process or system related problems and coordinating with other team members/departments when necessary for resolution of problems
- Comply with OSHA, health, safety, and environment requirements.
- May be assigned to carry out tasks, not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this job description in support of department objectives and to develop individual’s skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Experience setting up and operating CNC machining equipment required. Experience with EDM, Makino Fast Hole, or aerospace manufacturing is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong machining fundamentals and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Manufacturing ERPs (Job Boss)
Medium work:
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
