Manufacturing Production Utility Worker - 1st shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Utility team member to support manufacturing operations within our Value Stream. In this hands-on role, you will operate production equipment, perform quality checks, complete required documentation, and help keep products moving safely and efficiently from start to finish. • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently according to training, work instructions, quality standards, and standard shop practices.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections to verify products meet specifications.
• Use testing equipment to complete required quality checks, including bubble point, leak, flow, and differential pressure testing.
• Set up and use inspection tools and test equipment accurately at the workstation.
• Complete required production documentation and system transactions accurately and on time.
• Identify and communicate quality concerns, process issues, or barriers that may impact safety, quality, delivery, or production goals.
• Support smooth product flow through the Value Stream and assist with handoffs between process steps.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and quality-focused work area.

• Ability to follow written instructions, standard work, product details, and quality requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Comfort working with basic measurement tools and production equipment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to raise concerns when something does not look right.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn new processes.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred; three to twelve months of related experience is helpful.
• Basic computer and math skills required.
• Experience using micrometers, verniers, calipers, scales, or similar inspection tools is helpful.
• Ability to wear a respirator when required.

• Hands-on manufacturing role where quality and teamwork matter.

The starting compensation for this position is $21.00 per hour.

This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
