• Competitive pay ranges $35.20 to $41.53 on weekends, based on experience. Amber woods also pays for meal breaks, increasing the effective hourly value compared with facilities that do not.

• Plan and manage patient care according to each resident’s needs
• Interview patients and document medical history and physical condition
• Obtain and record vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration
• Provide routine nursing care and monitor changes in patient health
• Review medical charts and communicate updates to the care team
• Assist physicians and registered nurses with clinical care
• Communicate clearly with residents and their families
• Prepare specimens for lab courier pickup
• Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as ordered
• Provide wound care and support resident comfort and safety
• Monitor catheters and other ongoing care needs
