Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, team-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on severity.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and update records accordingly.
• Float to the Psych Hold area as needed to support patient management.
• Participate in call, holiday, and weekend rotations, including mandatory overtime.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state RN license and relevant certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience, with at least 1 year of recent travel experience in the ER.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in emergency care procedures.
• Be willing to work 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend, holidays, and call rotations.
• Present timely time-off requests at submission.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
