The Vice President of Nursing serves as the senior nursing leader for Pro Health Physicians and is responsible for nursing strategy, professional practice, clinical quality, workforce development, and nursing operations across the organization. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this leader oversees site-based nursing operations, centralized nursing functions, workforce health and safety programs, and clinical operations while advancing an integrated nursing care model that supports high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care.

The Vice President of Nursing plays a critical role in connecting enterprise programs with frontline care delivery. This leader must have exceptional skills of fostering solid collaboration between centralized services and practice-based teams, ensuring that Pro Health operates as a unified, integrated care delivery organization. Successful candidates must have proven ability to align enterprise priorities with frontline execution, eliminate operational silos, and create seamless workflows that improve patient outcomes, workforce experience, and organizational performance.

• Strategic Leadership

  • Provide executive oversight of all nursing operations
  • Establish staffing models and nursing care standards
  • Ensure consistency in nursing workflows and scope of practice

  • Monitor system-wide clinical and operational performance

  • Oversee nursing quality and patient safety initiatives

• BSN
• Current CT Nursing license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 5+ years of direct, hands-on Nursing experience
• 5+ years of management experience within a healthcare environment
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical record systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook
