Advanced Practice Nurse/APRN
Pro Health Physicians (CT), part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to join our team in Farmington, CT. - Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant program (or ability to obtain)
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in CT (or ability to obtain)
- Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA (or ability to obtain)
- Unrestricted CSR and DEA license (or willing to obtain prior to start)
