Job Description

Integrity Manufacturing, a stable and reputable manufacturing located in Farmington, CT is looking for an experienced, reliable, and hands‑on Quality Engineer to join our team.

The Position:

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Quality Engineer is a hands‑on position responsible for ensuring quality of manufactured parts.

In this role you will:

  • Implement and maintain the company quality system, documenting processes and procedures accordingly
  • Create and revise SOPs, work instructions, and forms
  • Conduct receiving, in‑process, and final product inspections, documenting results; determine and update inspection and test procedures
  • Conduct Quality audits
  • Assist with preparation for management reviews
  • Calibrate shop floor measurement equipment and manage calibration for new tools
  • Establish and capture quality‑related metrics
  • Consult to manufacturing to ensure quality product is being produced
  • Perform root cause analysis; communicate and document findings of any non‑conforming product
  • Interface with customers, suppliers and/or regulatory agencies as appropriate
  • Oversee source inspections and complete all associated documentation
  • Assist in the identification and selection of new vendors
  • Review and analyze quality records, methods and plans to improve performance and reduce waste

About You:

  • AS in Engineering or related or 5 years of experience
  • Experience with quality inspection techniques and measuring equipment
  • Familiarity with ISO
    9001/AS9100D
  • Interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Responsible; follows through on tasks
  • Ability to quickly analyze a situation and follow a systematic approach to problem resolution
