• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in quality control, preferably in the plastics industry.
• Strong understanding of color theory and color matching techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using quality inspection tools and software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
