Customer Service Representative - Westfarms

Job Summary

• Assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience.

• Ensure the security and privacy of customer information through education, compliance and resolution of issues.

• Ability to effectively build relationships with customers, peers and leadership.
• Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as MS Windows, iOS and Android.
• Clear, effective communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Accountability, initiative and a high level of ownership.

Continuous movement for 6‑8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers. Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling. Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, reaching for and lifting items above the head. Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

$17.80 – $18.50 per hour. Pay offers are dependent on location, as well as job‑related knowledge, skills and experience. Pay ranges may differ for other locations.
