Job Overview As an At Your Service Center colleague, you are at the heart of delivering a seamless and personalized shopping experience. You support all At Your Service activities, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks, upholding Macy's service standards. This role demands strong multitasking, problem‑solving, attention to detail, and a customer‑first mindset.

An At Your Service colleague’s day includes:

• Starting the day with a positive example: greeting teammates, ensuring the service area is clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Leading through action: welcoming customers with genuine hospitality, making eye contact, and engaging in friendly, personal conversations.
• Assisting customers with all aspects of total store fulfillment, including BOPS, while keeping the pickup and return areas organized.
• Finishing strong: sharing Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have everything they need, and ending with a sincere thank‑you.
• Supporting each other with honesty, care, and collaboration to serve our customers and communities better.
• Pursuing excellence daily: taking pride in work, achieving sales goals, and learning from colleagues.

Who You Are

• Flexible availability – including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays – with reliable attendance.
• Effective communicator with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Quick decision maker who resolves customer needs in real time.
• Comfortable with electronic devices and technology.
• Willingness to meet daily sales goal challenges and acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting up to 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level.
• Near vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers, handheld devices, cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
• Constant movement, talking, and interacting with customers.
