Job OverviewKitchen Tune-Up Farmington Hills seeks in‑home specialty remodeling professionals to conduct the Kitchen Tune‑Up sales process. The role is 100% commission based, with eligibility for benefits after 90 days, and offers unlimited earning potential through commissions, quarterly and year‑end bonuses.
Responsibilities- Conduct the Kitchen Tune‑Up sales process with training provided.
- Perform scheduled in‑home consultations and make presentations to homeowners.
- Confidently ask for the order, persistently follow up, and pursue sales success.
- Market your skills cooperatively as an industry professional.
- Develop account‑based business with interior designers, contractors, builders, and real‑estate firms.
- Use computers and smartphones proficiently.
- Able to work days, and some evenings and weekend appointments.
- Participate in home and trade‑show rotation.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Highly motivated, dependable, and possessing a strong work ethic.
- Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor suitable for working in client homes.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Unlimited earning potential with commission uncapped.
