Provide fashion-focused sales and styling support for kids' apparel and shoes. Build customer relationships and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.
Responsibilities- Meet sales goals and build lasting customer relationships.
- Offer helpful advice on style and fit while developing fashion and product knowledge.
- Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and completing markdowns.
- Promote Nordstrom Rewards accounts and use selling tools, including text and social media.
- Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with a flexible schedule and performing duties in other departments as needed.
- Able to remain in motion during shifts and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
