Pay: $30.00 – $36.00/hr + Year-End Bonus & Overtime Benefits: Pension Plan Available, Medical, Dental Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

What You Will DoDiagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical issues on our fleet of trucks and heavy equipment.
Preventative Maintenance: Perform DOT inspections and routine service to catch problems before they cause downtime.
The Heavy Systems: Repair air brake systems, transmissions, clutches, suspensions, and exhaust systems.
The Shop: Maintain a clean, safe work environment and document your repairs accurately.
Collaboration: Work with our operations team to prioritize which machines need to get back in the dirt first.
What We Need From YouExperience: 2+ years of diesel mechanic experience (Experience with heavy construction equipment/hydraulics is a major plus).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of diesel engines, electrical diagnostics, and air brake systems.
Skills: Ability to diagnose issues efficiently. (Welding/Fabrication skills are preferred, but not required).
License: Valid Driver’s License required. (A CDL Class A or B is a huge bonus, but not mandatory).
Attitude: You are reliable, safety‑focused, and willing to get your hands dirty in both the shop and the yard.
$30.00 – $36.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
