Fleet Mechanic - Diesel Technician

Farmington Motor Sports in Farmington, CT is expanding and looking for a full-time Fleet Mechanic - Diesel Technician who isn't afraid to dive under a hood, tackle complex diagnostics, and keep fleets running strong!

As our Fleet Mechanic - Diesel Technician, you'll be the go‑to expert for:

• Servicing and maintaining our in‑house fleet
• Repairing and servicing customer fleet trucks and trailers
• Using scan tools and technical knowledge to diagnose issues
• Listing required parts for supervisors/advisors

You’ll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 7 AM and 4 PM or 8 AM and 5 PM. Coverage includes rotating Saturday mornings with overtime available.

• Experience working on diesel vehicles, trailers, heavy‑duty equipment, or similar machinery
• Ability to provide your own tools
• Valid driver's license
• Strong technical skills

Having technical education, years of diesel/technical experience, and a CDL are preferred but not required.

Must have the ability to pass a background check.
