Commercial Loan Administrator, Farmington or Rumford

Franklin Savings Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Loan Administrator to support our commercial lending team from application through servicing. This role works closely with lenders, customers, and third-party partners to ensure accurate documentation, smooth closings, and exceptional customer service throughout the life of each commercial loan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process commercial loan files.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets, timelines, and document exception reports to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Prepare line‑of‑credit disbursements and process commercial lending mail.
• Communicate with customers, municipalities, law firms, brokers, and other partners to gather information and resolve issues.
• Assemble closing packages and promote bank services when appropriate.
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities
• High level of confidentiality and integrity
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning internal systems
• Prior experience in banking, lending, or administrative support preferred

Location:

• This position is on-site, based in either Farmington, ME or Rumford, ME
