If you have previous experience supervising crews in either an earth moving setting or pipe laying environment, we want to hear from you!

As a Member Of The Team, You Can Expect

• In these roles, you will be travelling throughout the region to supervise jobs related to infrastructure including landfill, highway, site prep, and public works projects.
• Although these positions may require travel, Sargent pays for travel expenses including lodging, mileage, per diem for meals, and vehicle reimbursement – plus you will be home every weekend.
