Restorative Nurse Aide, CNA

Genesis Health Care - Up to $26.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
The Restorative Nurse Aide, in collaboration with a licensed nurse and rehabilitation therapy, delivers restorative nursing care to prevent decline and to attain maximum functionality.;
Maintain accurate restorative nursing progress documentation records on all patients participating in the restorative program.;
Participate in the patient care planning process.;
Train other direct care staff in restorative techniques, equipment, and the application of splints, braces, prosthetic appliances, and self-help devices to assure proper application and usage.;
Notify nursing and/or rehabilitation therapy of patients who may be experiencing a change in their level of functioning.
