We are seeking a highly motivated and patient-centered Occupational Therapist with hand therapy experience to join our busy outpatient rehabilitation practice. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of upper extremity conditions, including postoperative care, orthopedic injuries, repetitive strain disorders, tendon repairs, fractures, and neurological conditions affecting hand and upper extremity function.
A Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation is strongly preferred; however, experienced occupational therapists with a passion for upper extremity rehabilitation are encouraged to apply.
Preferred:- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.
- Experience in an outpatient orthopedic or hand therapy setting.
- Experience with custom splint fabrication and postoperative rehabilitation protocols.

The pay range for this position is $37.09to $50.17 per hour.
Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
