Overview
Farmington, Maine – Physician Associate (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Full time, 40 hours / 4‑day work week. Experienced candidates preferred; new graduates considered on merit.
Team and Scope of Practice- Four physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers (APP) alongside support staff.
- Office‑based primary care and preventive/diagnostic cardiovascular services for a population of approximately 40,000.
- Team‑care model with physicians and clinicians; see 15‑18 patients daily.
Provide primary care services: assess, diagnose, prescribe, treat, and educate patients.
Qualifications- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/Associate program.
- Preferred: at least three years of NP or PA experience.
- Current Maine license or eligibility for licensure.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
