Role Overview:
This position involves providing high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), focusing on positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients/residents by collecting data, observing conditions, and reporting changes.
- Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
- Current licensure or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by the facility or state.
