ResponsibilitiesProvide efficient nursing care, achieve positive clinical outcomes, and ensure patient/family satisfaction. Conduct nursing assessments, collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to develop and implement care plans.
Qualifications- Graduate from an approved nursing program
- Current license from the State Board of Nursing
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required
Strong clinical skills, teamwork, effective communication, adaptability, and commitment to high-quality patient care.
Key DutiesManage patient care across multiple settings, perform assessments, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care strategies.
