Advanced Practice Provider – Internal Medicine

Maine Health Franklin Hospital in Farmington, Maine is seeking an experienced Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner to provide office‑based primary care medicine services as part of our internal medicine practice.

Full‑time, 40 hours per week on a 4‑day work week. Experienced applicants preferred; new graduates considered based on experience.

• Provide primary care services including assessment, diagnosis, prescribing, treatment, and patient education.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and other clinicians in a team‑based care approach.
• Manage a clinical volume of 15 to 18 patients per day.
• Assist in preventive and diagnostic cardiovascular services and support overall clinical operations.

• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate/Physician Assistant program.
• Three years of NP or PA experience preferred.
• Current license issued by the State of Maine or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
