This is a highly hands-on office management role responsible for supporting daily administrative operations, vendor coordination, office organization, and overall workplace readiness. - 5+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, facilities coordination, or a similar office operations role
- Prior experience supporting office operations within a manufacturing, industrial, or similarly structured business environment preferred
- High school diploma required; additional business, administrative, or office management education is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, time management, follow-through, and organizational skills
- Highly proactive mindset with the ability to identify needs and resolve issues without constant direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Valid driver's license preferred, as occasional local errands or offsite administrative tasks may be required
- Manage day-to-day office operations to help maintain an organized, professional, clean, and efficient work environment
- Coordinate with outside vendors, contractors, building services, and maintenance providers to support office needs
- Oversee office supplies, kitchen inventory, conference room readiness, mail distribution, visitor reception, and general workplace organization
- Support general office upkeep and aesthetics, including coordinating cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and shared-space readiness
- Provide limited administrative support to the CEO and leadership team as needed, including scheduling, documentation, travel, or follow-up items
- Assist with internal meetings, company events, office communications, and administrative coordination
- Help manage building access, office security coordination, service requests, and facility-related administrative matters
- Run occasional local business errands and support offsite administrative needs when required
- Answer the main company phone line and provide backup administrative support when needed
- Support as needed
