** WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE*
* As a Customer Service / Sales Representative, you will:

+ Follow-up with leads to encourage completion of their tax filing journey

+ Guide customers through the entire decision process and ensure successful transitions to tax professionals

+ Understand and Identify needs quickly and accurately

+ Deliver personalized consultations to build excitement and clarity around product

+ Deliver expert customer experiences...with a smile.

** YOUR QUALIFICATIONS*
* Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service / Sales Representative role include:

+ Experience in high-touch, customer-facing roles

+ Consultative sales background with strong closing skills

+ Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities

+ Highly motivated by results and recognition

+ Some tax knowledge is helpful but not required

+ Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience is essential

+ 1 to 2 years of customer service preferred

+ Employment for this position will begin on-site in the office starting on day one of employment at 34115 W 12 Mile Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48331

+ This is a short-term assignment with potential for an extension

+ Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence

+ The base salary range for this position is $28.00 /hr., (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage). Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
