Customer Service​/Sales Representative

Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service / Sales Representative to support leading global brands in a fast-paced CX environment. You will handle inbound and outbound interactions via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, answering questions, and recommending solutions that drive customer satisfaction and sales. Using CRM tools and digital platforms, you'll document interactions, follow defined processes, and work toward quality, productivity, and revenue goals.

You'll collaborate with a diverse team, receive ongoing training, and build skills in customer engagement, technology, and analytics with clear paths for career growth across Concentrix's global operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer support via phone, email, and chat for global clients
• Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and promote appropriate products or services
• Meet or exceed sales, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
• Document interactions accurately in CRM and follow established processes
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to improve customer experience and workflows
• Use digital tools and analytics-driven insights to personalize and optimize customer interactions
• Participate in training and coaching to build sales, product, and technology capabilities
• Follow compliance, data privacy, and security guidelines on all customer engagements
