Farmington Hills, MI Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 + Bonuses & Profit Sharing

Schedule:

Full-time, In-Office (90%), Some On-Site (10%)

Position Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to support our Project Managers in overseeing multiple industrial projects.
• The ideal candidate is hyper-organized, proactive, and detail-orienteda true self-starter with a strong backbone who can handle high expectations.

• Youll be trusted with significant responsibilities and expected to deliver top-tier results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution
• Analyze and interpret civil drawings with precision and confidence
• Manage 2-4 projects simultaneously, ranging from $150K to $400K+
• Leverage Auto Desk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook to keep projects on track
• Bring a keen eye for detail and exceptional follow-through to every aspect of your work
• Thrive in a culture of high expectations, accountability, and collaboration

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Engineer
• Industrial construction experience is a plus but not required
• Strong ability to read and interpret civil drawings with confidence
• A Type A personality organized, proactive, and driven to get things done
• Ability to work independently and excel under high expectations
• A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Auto Desk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook is required
