Job Duties:
Manage a portfolio of energy market clients to achieve long-term success, as measured by usage levels and growth. Develop positive relationships with clients and manage their project's lifecycle from sales calls to initial on-boarding and coordination with customers for continued usage growth in conjunction with customer's plans. Act as a subject matter expert on utility bills, the extracted data and the challenges of bill acquisition.
Serve the primary point of contact for the energy market portfolio of clients and handle their individual needs. Manage any conflicts and provide timely solutions. Track and report KPI's (key performance indicators) monthly to leadership team on the status of your clients' documents processed. Responsible for the reporting of usage metrics in conjunction with the company's monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Provide utility data technical guidance and direction to the internal data operations team. Provide recommendations to the product team to help design product enhancements. Assist with business analysis on new service offerings that could help grow the energy markets business, with an eye to the myriad of ways pdfs, scans and faxed documents contain key data that could be liberated by GLYNT for business value.
Provide best practice recommendations on data quality assurance to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction. Keep track of the latest changes in energy data reporting requirements globally to ensure product market always fit.
Work Location:
Various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required. Must be willing to relocate.
