- Architect and build custom Copilot agents/plugins using Copilot Studio, Graph connectors, and Microsoft 365 extensibility APIs to extend Copilot into business workflows.

- Establish security, compliance, and responsible AI guardrails aligned with organizational policy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc., as applicable).
- Partner with security, legal, and compliance teams to define acceptable use policies, audit logging, and monitoring for Copilot interactions.
- Lead pilot programs and phased rollouts, defining success metrics, adoption KPIs, and ROI measurement frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, admins, and citizen developers building on the Copilot platform.
- Stay current with the Microsoft Copilot roadmap (Copilot Studio, Semantic Index, Agents, Copilot for specific apps) and advise leadership on emerging capabilities.
- Create architecture documentation, reference designs, runbooks, and best-practice guidelines for ongoing operations.
- Collaborate with change management/training teams to drive user adoption and enablement.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT architecture, with 3+ years focused on Microsoft 365 platform architecture.
- Hands-on experience deploying and governing Microsoft 365 Copilot in a production enterprise environment.
- Deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem:

- Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Graph connector development.
- Solid understanding of identity and access management, conditional access, and Zero Trust principles.
- Familiarity with Semantic Index, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) concepts, and how Copilot grounds responses in enterprise data.
- Experience conducting oversharing/permissions audits and remediation at scale.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; able to translate technical architecture into business value for executive audiences.
- Relevant certifications preferred:
