- 5 years' maintenance experience at multi-family apartment complex
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service , communication , organizational and time-management skills.
- Must have a good driving record and a valid driver's license.
- Timely completion of work orders and special projects
- Knowledgeable in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall , Painting, Appliance Repair/Replacement
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
