Shift: Full-Time | 8-hour shift | Start Time Options: 6 AM, 7 AM, or 8 AM | Monday - Friday

These are the qualifications that matter.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing, sewing, or inspection experience is a plus-but not required
• Ability to read, understand, and follow technical drawings
• Comfortable using rulers and tape measures for accurate measurements
• Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
• Ability to lift, move, and perform hands-on tasks throughout your shift
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate materials and assemblies by sewing, taping, or combining materials by hand or machine
• Interpret and follow technical drawings, templates, and specifications
• Perform visual inspections and maintain quality documentation
• Clean, package, and label finished products
• Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
