Job Summary
The Polisher position is an individual contributor in the Polishing Department. The successful candidate will prepare finished shafts for protection in shipment, following work instruction.
Shift & Salary2nd shift position, Monday through Thursday from 2:45pm to 12:45am. Salary range: $24.60 to $27.57 per hour.

Responsibilities- Inspect materials to ensure products meet quality standards and quantities are correct for each order.
- Inspect aluminum shafts and evaluate condition.
- Remove dents, grind, and router as needed.
- Prepare finished shafts for protection in shipment as directed by work instruction.
- Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and work both in a non‑temperature controlled environment and outdoors.
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- One year of experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations.
- Ability to read and work with prints, drawings, and work documents.
- Ability to take measurements using close‑tolerance instruments.
- Acceptable attendance and prior employment record.
- Team‑work skills with a diverse group of people.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
- Wearing required PPE and compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing position.
- Familiarity with radial saws, hand tools, overhead cranes, and general shop safety.
- Strong communication and positive interaction with coworkers.
- Drive to excel and deliver exceptional results with high safety awareness.
