Robot - Stand Up Forklift Operator

JOB SUMMARY

Kemps has immediate job openings for well-versed machine operators to perform an array of functions including maintaining, breaking down and setting up equipment and machinery, while troubleshooting and resolving basic to moderate operating issues. A few job responsibilities include operating all boxers, coders, and automatic palletizing equipment, filling out records and reports. Cover breaks and other employee absences. Machine operators will be responsible for processing finished or raw materials, while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and communicating effectively with all departments and meeting daily deadlines.

• Rate per hour $29.43

• Receiving products from the production lines and palletizing them onto pallets
• Taping any boxes not properly sealed
• Load trailers for shipment to warehouse Distribution Center
• Input product code into computer control panel in order for robot to correctly palletize and wrap pallet
• Keeping robots and cooler clean and organized
• Checking boxes for proper code, identification, and legibility
• Keep accurate production counts and documentation for pallet tracking program
• Other duties as assigned

Must be willing to accept responsibility for the accuracy of his/her work, efficient in duties performed. Must be willing to accept responsibility of properly handling products. Must have good work attendance records. Must be willing to comply with all GMP's, sanitary rules and regulations. Must be able to work overtime.
