Creamer Operator - 1st Shift

Job Summary

Kemps has immediate job openings for well-versed machine operators to perform an array of functions including maintaining, breaking down and setting up equipment and machinery, while troubleshooting and resolving basic to moderate operating issues. A few job responsibilities include setting up equipment, sanitizing equipment, cleaning equipment and floors, walls, ceilings. Blending cheese, make cheese, make starter, other duties as assigned. Running all tests required.

Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:00PM (8 hour shifts)

• Basic math skills
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background)
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and being on your feet
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a wet or food production setting
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed
• Active, physical work (standing, walking, bending)
• Food production environment with cleaning and sanitation duties
• Exposure to moisture, cleaning products, and production equipment
